Session 1: Empathy in the Workplace: How can I use NVC to build relationships at work and create a culture of compassion?

-- February 1, 4:30 PM PST
Facilitated by Miki Kashtan and Martha Lasley
In this session we will explore how to use NVC skills and consciousness to support the emergence of mutual understanding and trust in the workplace. You will learn how to increase your presence even in the face of difficulty, and to initiate and support conversations with attention to all parties’ needs, so that everyone experiences being heard and mutually beneficial solutions arise.

Session 2: Supporting the Workplace: How can I identify opportunities and face the challenges of bringing NVC into the workplace?

-- March 1, 4:30 PM PST
Facilitated by Martha Lasley and François Beausoleil
Whether you are a change agent within an organization, an organizational development consultant or executive coach, or an NVC trainer working in an organization, bringing NVC to the workplace presents unique challenges given the culture of competition and high-stress focus on productivity. In this session we will focus on how you can identify moments of openness that will allow you to offer new possibilities, as well as how you can prepare for questions and challenges.

Session 3: From Inside Out: How can I live in NVC consciousness at work even when I find it challenging?

-- April 5, 4:30 PM PDT
Facilitated by Miki Kashtan and François Beausoleil
Whether or not others around you – colleagues, boss, employees, or clients – embrace NVC principles and skills, your journey towards transformation is the modeling and embodiment of the principles in your own interactions with everyone. The key question we will explore in this session is how you can stay in integrity with your NVC practice in challenging situations.

Note: This telecourse will be followed by an intensive residential retreat May 10-14 providing an in-depth immersion opportunity to engage with these and other topics related to using NVC in the workplace, such as feedback giving and receiving, running meetings, customer relations, and difficult conversation.
