Listen
to Sylvia describe
this course
in a brief
interview.
Worn out from beating
yourself up about
weight?
Looking for
a fresh perspective?
Eating is a basic
human need. But what
if you are caught
in cycles of over-consumption
or emotional eating?
Using the powerful
Nonviolent CommunicationSM
(NVC) process, Eat
by Choice helps
you dig deeper into
the emotional consciousness
that underlies your
eating patterns.
Choice is the key;
acknowledge the needs
you are meeting when
eating rather than
focusing on your
weight or self-violence
with hateful language.
Much more than another
restrictive fad diet,
here you'll learn
practical strategies
to develop a healthier
relationship with
food. Enjoy the tastes,
smells, and sensations
of healthful eating
once again. Get support
before the holidays
- give yourself a
gift of compassion
by staying connected
to your needs.
I'm
making
progress
and
I
want
to
thank
you
for
your
strategies
and
support.
The
biggest
thing
for
me
is
that
now
I'm
not
fighting
myself!
That
is
huge!
Wow!
I
have
spent
almost
all
my
food
and
health
struggles
rebelling
mostly
against
the
dad
in
my
head.
And
now
I'm
not.
The
other
HUGE
thing
is
that
I'm
not
beating
myself
up
for
my
food
and
health
choices.
That
is
a
major
change
for
me.
