Jeff is the Executive Director of Compassionate Communication of Central Ohio, a community-based NVC nonprofit organization based in Columbus, Ohio, USA.
Since 2005, he has been a CNVC Certified Trainer with the Center for Nonviolent Communication, and since 2009 an Associate Trainer with the NVC Training Institute, which provides in-depth NVC training worldwide in the "Living Energy of Needs" approach.
Jeff has a master’s degree in Spiritual Psychology, and is trained in mediation, Victim-Offender reconciliation and more recently in Restorative Circles. He has offered NVC training in 19 US states and five countries including South Korea, the Netherlands, Japan and the UK.
