Jesse Wiens, CNVC Certified Trainer, works as an international Nonviolent Communication (NVC) facilitator. He studies NVC by living it, drawing inspiration from seven years of Zen monastic life and six years of dedicated NVC training, including two years in Robert Gonzales’ LIFE program and a year with the Bay Area Nonviolent Communication (BayNVC) Restorative Justice Program at San Quentin Prison. In 2006, Jesse founded ZENVC, a holistic approach to NVC, which includes transformational inner practices and an emphasis on “being” nonviolence.
