A 21-Day Needs-Based Meditation Series

December 9-29: December 9, 16 and 23 for live meditations and discussions

Only $27 for the entire program ~ Priced low in the spirit of holiday giving!

Many of us yearn to enjoy our holidays.

However, we often feel stressed because we’re over-extended, carrying more work, obligations, and demands of daily living on our plates…

Why not focus on creating meaningful, heart-felt moments with the people you love instead?

Meditate 20 minutes a day for 21 days and improve your holiday experience. This series is designed around our core needs: the energy of life and fundamental motivation for all behaviors.

You’ll deepen your ability to:

  1. Connect with your needs for self-support around the holidays;
  2. Choose actions that create more fulfillment and aliveness in yourself;
  3. Apply what you learn to specific challenges you may face during the holidays; and
  4. Enjoy your holidays!

Why are needs are so important?

Nonviolent Communication (NVC) teaches us that when we connect to our needs, we are connecting to our true life force. When you use meditation to connect with yourself and with your needs, it enables you to live more peacefully, happily, and authentically. Marshall Rosenberg said most people have been taught to be “nice,” and submit to authority… However, this causes you to ignore your needs, and as a result gradually lose touch with that which is most alive within you and you wind up living with increasing levels of frustration and stress.

Why does meditation work?

Meditating for 20 minutes daily – especially through the holiday season – can help you:

Scientific studies show that regular meditation literally rewires your brain. Stress reactions in the amygdala get smaller, gray matter increases, and connections between brain cells get stronger!

Making a habit of meditation delivers the following benefits:

How specifically can meditation help you get through the holidays?

Daily meditation provides you with both perspective and insight into what you really want and need. This enables you to more easily decide which activities or events you want to participate in, and which you may want to reinvent.

Best of all, the benefits can last you a lifetime.

What Others Are Saying

I get so much from meditating on one need each day! Especially remembering that I am the energy of that need, and that I can bring that energy to a situation where it’s feeling unmet – first acknowledging and grieving it in myself – then bringing it into the situation. Thank you, Mary!

I have loved this series on so many levels! It really starts my day out with such a solid connection with myself. I just love that you’ve created a way we can feel connected, that we’re all family on these calls. I never need to feel alone – so nurturing!
