Being in a relationship can be your biggest challenge and your greatest joy.

And relationships have the potential for being your most powerful wake up calls for discovering Love. Through relationship, you face all manner of challenges and pain, all of which gradually call you to explore more deeply what you REALLY want, HOW you show up in relationship, and WHAT you are creating.

Mukti will be providing the groundwork, as well as multiple opportunities for practice time. During your time together, you'll learn:

These teachings contain a powerful learning experience that embodies the consciousness of Nonviolent Communication, conversation, and mediation, which values everyone's needs equally. Time for transformative and deeply honest therapeutic dialogues — practiced as per Emotionally Focused Couple Therapy (EFCT) — will also be included.

If you're looking for ways to grow and enhance the feelings of joy and connection in your relationship, this course may be just what the doctor ordered. Bring your positive intention, and allow yourself to step into an expansive presence of warmth, authenticity, joy, and love: the fire of Love and NVC.
