The current social and political climate can make it feel difficult to find your center and get clear in regard to what's going on in you. You may have wondered how you can engage in working on these challenges in a way that is empowered and effective – not motivated by fear, anger or judgment.

To successfully deal with the realities such as racial injustice, privilege, and environmental injustice, it is necessary to work on both individual and collective levels.

In Living Compassion in Challenging Times Robert Gonzales will support you to discover your most valuable resources by strengthening your inner presence, with compassion and vulnerability. This work will strengthen your skills to be more fully in relationship with all that life offers while allowing your heart to be moved by what's alive in you and with others.

About Robert Gonzales

Robert's passion is in the spirituality of the Nonviolent Communication (NVC) process. He sees NVC both as a process that helps people connect more authentically with themselves and others, and as a spiritual practice and way of living. Robert Gonzales received a PhD in Clinical Psychology in 1989. He met Marshall Rosenberg and was introduced to NVC in 1985, and has been offering NVC training in some form since 1986.
