Most of us spend the majority of our waking hours at work.

Work life and corporate practices have a significant impact on all aspects of our society and culture. Yet research shows that only 32 percent of employees in the U.S. are engaged. And an increasing number are seeking respectful treatment at work and are invested in creating greater trust between employees and management. So how can we change how we work – and, in doing so, change the world?

Become a workplace changemaker.

How? Join us and find out!

Whether you are a manager who wants to work more effectively with your team, an employee who wants to experience more empowerment with your boss and greater collaboration and ease with your colleagues, and / or you are simply passionate about bringing NVC into the workplace, this 9-month program will support you in learning and applying game-changing skills and concepts that will make a radical difference in how you live and share NVC, and how you bring it into the workplace.

Who is a workplace changemaker?

YOU can be a workplace changemaker – regardless of your position or rank – if you want to change how you and others work together in companies, start-ups, nonprofits, and other organizations. Regardless of how your company is structured – "top-down" or "horizontally" – or whether you're in a position of power (or not), you can "be the change" at work!

Whatever your position and vision at your workplace and whatever the challenges you face, this program is designed to support you in responding effectively and creating real change at work via ongoing coaching, resources, and peer-support.

In particular, during this program you will learn how to:

How can we deliver on all these objectives?

This 9-month program will meet twice monthly, dive deep, and respond specifically to your current needs and requests. We also will create a community of "changemakers" at work via a community share space and a peer-support system. Plus, each month you will receive specific articles, materials, and resources designed to support your being inspired, informed, and creating change at work!

This program gives you the opportunity to volunteer your situation during a session and receive 1:1 support and guidance from Dian. You will benefit from her years of experience as a corporate trainer and coach, with start-ups, Fortune 100 companies, non-profits, and NGOs.

More, beyond learning, you will benefit from having a community of companionship and support with others who are also changing the world by changing how they work!

Why is Dian offering this program?

Dian comments:
"Previous courses I've offered on NVC in the workplace have been hugely popular and many past participants have asked for more training and / or follow up coaching – so the idea for this new, ongoing program was born! I am also yearning to create companionship and momentum around creating change in the world, specifically at the workplace, based on humane and collaborative NVC principles."

What the program includes…

Dian's unique experience – as an activist, former union organizer, fifteen years as an executive coach, consultant, and trainer – plus the expertise of the special guest coaches and consultants she will invite will give you an unprecedented opportunity to receive pertinent information, tools, and support in creating the kind of workplaces where we can all contribute and thrive.

Bonus
When you register you will also receive a comprehensive packet from Dian that includes dozens of different documents designed to support you in creating change at work, including a special hand out just for this program that showcases NVC solutions for a range of work-place challenges.
