What's Love Got To Do With it?

Why does resistance, rejection and resentment ruin romantic relationships? Why is love so difficult? Or is it? Have we stopped to notice how we relate to love as a possession, expectation or condition? Have we ever thought to explore what's underneath all the judgments? How can we utilize the spaciousness of NVC consciousness to deepen the quality of connection within ourselves?

Participants will:

• Explore and inquire into the spaciousness of love that lives beyond right or wrong
• Learn what fears and self- defeating thoughts prevent them from giving and receiving real love
• Utilize a needs based language that helps turn fear into strength and pain into passion
