There are three key areas of focus in Robert’s work that he will share in this series. The first has to do with the importance of living in the flow of life. How do you cultivate and live from a consciousness of the fullness of your life’s essential nature, rather than the deficiency consciousness of judgment, blame and disconnection? How can you live each day from the “living energy of needs” with the unimpeded fullness of life’s energies flowing through you, regardless of the conflicts or life circumstances you experience? The second area of focus is on developing deep self-compassion. How can you experience your inner world from a place of utter and total compassion? When two people come together in the consciousness of mutual valuing of needs they co-create an entirely new and distinct entity: Us. Out of shared mutuality of needs, the “I and You” become this new entity of “Us.” The deeply transformative power of living compassion in relationships, the area that Robert currently finds the most intriguing and exhilarating will also be covered in this 6-session telecourse.
