Innovator and synthesizer, creator of a new approach to personal, familial/social liberation (The Compass), master user of humor to effect deep transformation, lovingly moving past pain and construction to unearth and transform deep-seated patterns. Arnina plans to speak and engage with participants about facing fear and shame on the path of leadership.

Assata Richards
Innovative and radical community organizer, director of the Sankofa Research Institute who combines frontline communities, research, and bridge-building with mainstream leadership. Assata plans to speak and engage with participants about overcoming adversities and oppression to step into full power as leader.

Franca Onyibor
A powerful incarnation of love, generosity, full empowerment, and servant leadership as she works to transcend hatred in Nigeria, supporting Muslims and Christians to overcome violence and mistrust to build peaceful communities of trust. Franca plans to speak and engage with participants about the vision of leading with humility in charged situations.

Jeyanthy Siva
Survivor of civil war in Sri Lanka, founder of the Sandhi Institute, teacher, and facilitator who continues to provide unique leadership in Asian countries towards transformation and self-determination for the marginalized. Jeyanthy plans to speak and engage with participants about the necessity of cultivating love and the courage to speak up even at risk to self.

Kit Miller
Director of the Gandhi Institute for Nonviolence since she left BayNVC in 2009, a nononsense leader, with radical willingness to follow others and create a fully empowering working environment for people of all ages. Kit plans to speak and engage with participants about relationship building as a core aspect of leadership.

Mariusz Truszkowski
One-of-a-kind social entrepreneur investing proceeds from his organization Who Else into visionary social change projects who is committed to leaving no stone unturned in realizing his radical commitment to reclaim collaboration. Mariusz plans to speak and engage with participants about collaborative leadership in the tough world of business and innovation.

Roxy Manning
Co-founder of the Nonviolent Leadership for Social Justice annual retreat, with presence and capacity to see everyone even in the most difficult moments of breakdown that arise as she works to uncover and transform the legacy of separation and trauma. Roxy plans to speak and engage with participants about how to remain attentive to power in its various forms and dimensions while leading.

Victor Lewis
Veteran social justice educator committed to liberation for all as a core aspect of leadership, founder of the Radical Resilience Institute, coach, and trauma healer. Victor plans to speak and engage with participants about the significance of resilience and neurological wisdom in leadership.
