Our relationships are the source of some of the greatest joy and the deepest pain in life.
When we're not aware or intentional about how we relate, we have less choice and influence on how things go. If we lose presence, we lose access to our learned skills, our innate wisdom and our best intentions.
With training and practice, you can develop the capacity to stay clear, grounded and balanced through the inevitable ups and downs of your relationships.
During this six-session course, you'll learn the key principles and practices of mindful communication to strengthen your relationships and improve those that are challenging.
